Kerikeri is one of the earliest places where the gospel was shared in Aotearoa New Zealand – and 200 years later, the Kerikeri Inlet is still home to a happy and welcoming church community. You’re always welcome to visit our tranquil spot, overlooking the Inlet and the Stone Store.
We offer regular Sunday services, as well as a variety of groups and social occasions. We have a team of paid and voluntary clergy and laypeople who share in the ministry of our church community.
Our mission statement is “To present a Christian message that is authentic and relevant to our families, our community and the world.” – all are welcome at St James.

Regular Church Services
Said Holy Communion – 8:00 am every Sunday
Sung Holy Communion – 9:00 am every Sunday
Café service in the hall – 9:00 am on the 5th Sunday of the month,
replacing both the 8:00 am and 9:00 am services
Family Service – 10:15 am every 2nd and 4th Sunday (except January)
Holy Communion – 4:00 pm every 2nd Sunday of the month
at the Ted Robinson Chapel at Kerikeri Retirement Village
Christian Meditation – 5:15 pm every Wednesday in the Church
